Parent Conference and Resource Fair

Conference Schedule: 
7:00 a.m.                     Presenters and Exhibitors Set-up
8:30 a.m.                     Registration and Exhibits Open
9:00 – 10:15 a.m.        Session 1
10:15 – 10:45 a.m.      30 min. Break (Exhibits Open)
10:45 – 12:00 noon     Session 2
12:00 – 1:30 p.m.        Lunch Break - Exhibits will close at 1:30
1:30 – 2:45 p.m.          Session 3
2:45 – 3:00 p.m.          15 min. Break
3:00 – 4:15 p.m.          Session 4

This free conference will be open to family members of children from age birth to adult, with any type of learning or developmental disability.  It is our goal to provide parents with information on a wide variety of topics, including, but not limited to:  early childhood development, positive behavioral strategies, ARD, disability law, specific disabilities (autism, cerebral palsy, Down’s syndrome, ADD / ADHD, learning disabilities, etc…), estate planning and special needs trusts, transition, therapy practices, advocacy, the medical home, inclusion, sibling issues.    For a detailed listing of sessions offered, please refer to the conference brochure below.

Pre-registration is now CLOSED. On-site registration will open at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, March 1. Many classes are still open.

Exhibitor Deadline: February 1, 2008
Exhibitor Fees:  There will be a fee of $25 per table.  One or two lunch tickets will be provided.  The resource/exhibitor fair will run from 8 am – 1:30 pm, but exhibitors are more than welcome to stay longer if they desire, but it is not required.
